DC Resistance Tester Working Principle:
This tester employs the typical four-wire measurement method to enhance the accuracy of resistance measurements, especially for low resistances. The programmable constant current source, programmable preamplifier, and A/D converter form the core of the measurement circuit. The central control unit applies a constant, high-precision current to the external load under test via the constant current source, then processes the acquired data (including test voltage and current test current) to obtain the actual resistance value.

Precautions:
1. Before switching the tap changer of an unloaded regulating transformer, be sure to reset. After discharge, wait until the discharge indication sound ends and the prompt message disappears before switching the tap changer.
3. After testing, press the "Reset" button, and be sure to wait until the discharge indicator light goes out and the prompt message disappears before turning off the power and disconnecting the test leads.
4. During testing, avoid power interruptions or detachment of test clamps.
5. Connect the ground wire before powering on, and disconnect it last after testing.
