Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Tester The main function and purpose is to test the turns ratio or voltage ratio of power transformers during the production process of semi-finished and finished products, before new transformers are put into operation, and during the operation of transformers in the power system, according to the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Power, which require regular turns ratio or voltage ratio testing of operating transformers. The traditional ratio bridge is cumbersome to operate, the readings are not intuitive, and necessary conversions are required, with the test result only providing data for one phase ratio. The automatic transformer ratio and group tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional ratio bridge testing. The screen completes three-phase ratio testing at once, with fast testing speed and high accuracy. It greatly saves on-site testing time and brings high efficiency to customer tests.
