The experimental high-voltage transformer is produced on the basis of the original similar products after extensive improvements according to the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry's "Test Transformer" standard. The AC/DC high-voltage test transformer is a new type of product produced after improvements according to the national standard "JB∕T 9641-1999" based on the test transformer. This series of products has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and convenient use. It is especially suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. It is an indispensable important equipment in high-voltage testing.

Frequency conversion series-parallel resonant test transformer uses the principle of series resonance. By adjusting the output frequency of the frequency conversion controller, the inductance L of the reactor in the circuit and the capacitance C of the test object resonate in series, and the resonant voltage is the voltage applied to the test object.

Frequency conversion series-parallel resonant test transformers are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other industries. They are suitable for capacitive test objects with large capacity and high voltage, such as generators, transformers, GIS, high-voltage cross-linked cables, instrument transformers, bushings, etc., for commissioning tests and preventive tests.

Working Principle

The frequency conversion series-parallel resonant test transformer provides power supply through the frequency modulation controller. After the test voltage is initially boosted by the excitation transformer, the high voltage is applied to the reactor L and the test object CX. By changing the output frequency of the frequency modulation controller, the circuit is in a series resonance state; adjust the output voltage of the frequency modulation controller so that the high voltage on the test object reaches the required voltage value. The resonant frequency of the circuit depends on the capacitance CX of the test object and the inductance L of the reactor, the resonant frequency.
