1. Product Overview:

Portable High Voltage Test Transformer Price, also known as a step-up transformer, is a basic test equipment for power stations, power supply and distribution systems, and scientific research institutions. It is used to conduct insulation strength tests at specified voltages on various electrical products, electrical equipment, and insulating materials, to assess the insulation level of products, discover insulation defects in test objects, and measure their ability to withstand overvoltages.

2. Product Features:

1. Monitoring functions: output current   instrument voltage  zero position indication   open/close indication  timing indication

2. Protection functions: overcurrent protection   time relay

3. TQSB Portable High Voltage Test Transformer Price adopts a new type of time relay with a wider timing range.

4. Adopts a new type of current relay, which is more accurate and reliable, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

5. Reasonable structure, small size, and light weight.

3. Technical Specifications:

1. Input voltage: 220V±10%   50HZ

2. Output voltage: 0-250V

3. Output capacity: 3KVA

4. Timing range: 1S-99H

5. Ambient temperature: -20oC to     50oC

4. Usage Instructions:

1. Connect the wires correctly, and turn the voltage regulator counterclockwise back to zero. (Voltage cannot be increased if the regulator is not at zero)

2. According to the test requirements, set the "time relay" and "current relay".

3. Plug in the power cord, the power indicator light turns on, press the close button, and the power transmission indicator light turns on. (Now voltage can be increased)

4. Rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise at a uniform speed to the required value.

5. Start the timing switch, and when the "timing buzzer alarm" sounds, it indicates that the time is up.

6. Turn the voltage regulator counterclockwise to zero, press the open button, and the power transmission indicator light turns off.

7. Unplug the power cord and remove the wiring, the power indicator light turns off, and the test is completed.

5. Precautions:

1. During use, this instrument should be reliably grounded.

2. The voltage increase and decrease process should be uniform, not too fast or too slow.

3. During the test, the monitoring instruments should be observed at all times to detect unexpected situations promptly.
