The DC high voltage generator is a new generation of portable high-voltage testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the latest Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Devices Part 1: DC High Voltage Generators", specifically used to test the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.



This instrument adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage-current dual closed-loop feedback technology to improve the power regulation rate and load regulation rate, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. It uses imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switching interference, achieving high quality and portability of the DC high voltage generator. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage doubling cylinder more compact and lightweight, improving the overall efficiency of the machine. According to EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theories, measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are adopted to enhance the safety of the entire machine, and it can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument has comprehensive protection functions, including zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond-level special sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. The overvoltage setting uses a digital dial switch, which is simple to operate and has high setting accuracy. An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added, which is beneficial for testing zinc oxide arresters.
