I. Their purpose and scope of application

1. Single wire and cable vertical combustion testing machine is used to test the vertical flame spread of cables and optical fibers under specified flame conditions.

4. Wire and cable smoke density testing machine is used to measure the concentration of smoke released when cables and optical fibers burn under specific conditions.

5. Halogen acid gas release measurement device is used to measure the total amount of halogen acid gas in low-halogen and halogen-free flame-retardant cables, and to measure the acidity of the gas by measuring pH value and conductivity.

6. Wire and cable heat release testing instrument is used for fire hazard assessment of bundled wires, cables, and optical fibers.

Insulation resistance tester for cable testing equipment: commonly known as a megger, mostly powered by a hand-cranked generator, hence also called a megger. It is mainly used to check the insulation resistance of electrical equipment, household appliances, or electrical circuits to ground and between phases, to ensure that these equipment, appliances, and circuits operate in normal conditions, avoiding electric shock casualties and equipment damage accidents!

Tensile testing machine for wire and cable testing equipment: a mechanical force testing machine used to perform mechanical property tests such as static load, tensile, compression, bending, shear, tear, and peel on wires and cables!

Aging oven for cable testing equipment: used to test the ozone aging resistance of rubber and its products.

Projector for cable testing equipment: an optical projector specially designed for measuring the thickness of insulation and sheath of wires and cables. It projects the cross-sectional profile of the insulation or sheath of the tested cable onto a screen for observation and aiming, and uses a micrometer stage for precise measurement without measuring force!

Spark tester for wire and cable testing equipment: an online testing device placed at the take-up part of wire products during production. Its main function is to use frequency voltage to detect whether the wire product has exposed copper, damaged skin, surface impurities, insulation withstand voltage, etc. The spark tester periodically applies a set voltage value to the insulated wire according to a certain pattern, while the conductor part is grounded, creating a voltage difference between the conductor and the insulation surface, thereby detecting whether the insulation layer is defective, ensuring that wire and cable products pass the test before leaving the factory. Withstand voltage tester: mainly used for withstand voltage testing of polyethylene insulated power cables, and can also be used for insulation withstand voltage testing of large power transformers.
