I. Purpose and Features of the Instrument

According to the new "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment", the test current for measuring the conductive circuit resistance of various switchgear must not be less than100A. To meet this requirement, our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent loop resistance tester products according to the new regulations. This product is suitable for testing the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, as well as the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines.It adopts100A constant current output. The maximum output voltage reaches10V, allowing the use of thin test leads, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of field test personnel. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a microcontroller, offering high precision, good repeatability, and simplicity. Test data is displayed on an LCD and results can be printed. It is suitable for various working environments.
