High Voltage Test Transformer serves as the main unit of high voltage testing equipment. Combined with control systems, intelligent protection devices, etc., it performs power frequency withstand voltage tests on electrical products, equipment, components, and insulating materials to assess the insulation level of the test object, and can promptly detect partial defects and measure the ability of the test object to withstand internal and external overvoltages. Its features are small size, light weight, and easy installation and use.
The GCQB series high voltage test transformer is an indoor type equipment. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with a core-type, horizontal placement structure. The core column concentrically houses the low voltage winding, measuring winding, and high voltage winding. The high voltage winding is a multi-layer pagoda-shaped trapezoidal structure, and the low voltage winding is a cylindrical structure. The design is compact and exquisite, can be moved freely on the ground, suitable for laboratory and field operations.

6. Technical Requirements
1. Normal operating conditions:
Altitude:
The altitude of the transformer installation site shall not exceed 1000m. When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the external insulation grading of the transformer is based on 2500m (greater than 1000m to 2500m) and 4000m (greater than 2500m to 4000m).
(2) Ambient temperature:
Maximum air temperature +40°C, maximum daily average temperature +30°C, maximum annual average temperature +20°C, minimum temperature -5°C
(3) Maximum relative humidity of air
When the air temperature is +25°C, the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.
(4) Installation site
The installation site shall have no gases, vapors, chemical dust deposits, dirt, or other explosive media that seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, and no severe vibration.
Power supply voltage waveform:
The waveform of the power supply voltage shall be practically sinusoidal, with a frequency of 50Hz, and the power supply side shall not be subjected to external atmospheric overvoltages.
When using the test transformer, the input voltage should be increased gradually, and reliable protective measures should be provided.
