Transformer Capacity and No-Load/Load Tester - Class V Installation EquipmentLCD Panel
The LCD display interface mainly consists of eleven screens, including the main menu and ten functional interfaces, which are described in detail below.
1. Main Menu Interface
The instrument enters the main menu upon startup, as shown in Figure 3:
The main menu has ten options: Capacity Test, Parameter Settings, Active Load, Single-Phase No-Load, Three-Phase No-Load, Single-Phase Short Circuit, Three-Phase Short Circuit, Result Query, Electrical Parameters, and Harmonic Analysis. When the cursor points to a function option, that option is displayed in reverse color. In the interface shown in Figure 4, the selected item is the 'Capacity Test' function. Use the up, down, left, and right arrow keys to change the selected option. At this point, press the Enter key to enter the selected function's display screen. The bottom line is the prompt line, displaying the current date and time, the internal battery voltage amplitude, and the remaining battery percentage, allowing timely monitoring of the instrument's battery status and whether charging is needed to avoid being unable to work on-site due to insufficient charge.
