Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Test Set



 The triple frequency test instrument is designed to meet the requirements of GB1094.3—85, GB1207, and the preventive test procedures for electrical equipment—1995 for triple frequency induced withstand voltage tests and partial discharge tests. The induced withstand voltage test for transformers and instrument transformers is an important test to verify that the product complies with national standards. The longitudinal insulation induction test of interlayer, inter-turn, section, and phase-to-phase insulation of windings is an important item to verify that the windings meet requirements. To increase the test voltage of the windings without causing over-saturation of the transformer or instrument transformer core, which would lead to excessive excitation current, the test frequency must be increased, typically to 100Hz.
