Transformer Connection Group Tester
1. Adopts a three-phase five-limb structure, featuring a simple process, which reduces the internal impedance and stray loss of the transformer body, improving the efficiency of the generator.
2. Both weight and volume are smaller than traditional three single-phase transformer banks, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.
3. This product can be used as a power source for induction withstand voltage tests on transformers and corresponding capacity electrical equipment, or as a 150Hz power supply for short-term operation.
Induction Voltage Triple Frequency Generator Device is equipped with special filters and multi-gear adjustable compensation inductors, ensuring that the voltage waveform distortion is less than 5% under different loads, and also relatively reducing the power of the input side. The test bench is smaller in size and lighter in weight.
The Triple Frequency Induction Withstand Voltage Device is simple to operate and reliable in performance, effectively meeting the induction withstand voltage requirements of transformers and instrument transformers.
The entire device adopts an integrated and split design, making operation easier and transportation more convenient.
According to national testing standards, the induction test voltage for power transformers and voltage transformers is approximately 2-3 times the maximum phase voltage. As is well known, under rated frequency and rated voltage, the iron core of a transformer is close to saturation. If a test voltage higher than the rated voltage is applied across the windings of the tested transformer using power frequency, the no-load excitation current will increase sharply to an unacceptable level. From the relationship of induced electromotive force, it can be seen that to apply a test voltage higher than the rated voltage without saturating the iron core, the method of increasing the power frequency can be adopted, and a frequency multiplier generator must be used. It is simple to operate and reliable in performance, effectively meeting the induction withstand voltage requirements of transformers and instrument transformers.
It is used for the longitudinal insulation induction test to detect interlayer, inter-turn, segment, and phase-to-phase insulation of transformer and instrument transformer windings, and is an important item to verify whether the windings meet the requirements.
For tested objects such as power transformers and voltage transformers, in addition to the external applied power frequency high voltage test on the main insulation of fully insulated transformers, induction high voltage tests must also be conducted on the longitudinal insulation of transformers and the main insulation of semi-insulated transformers.
