Loop Resistance Tester with Printing
Precautions
| Fault Phenomenon | Cause Analysis | Troubleshooting | Remarks |
| No display on power-on | 1) Power not connected | Connect power supply | When replacing the fuse, use the same type; do not substitute with other types. |
| 2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not installed properly or is open | Reinstall or replace the fuse | ||
| Output current cannot reach 200A | 1) Test leads too long, i.e., wire cross-section too small | Replace with wires of larger cross-section | |
| No current output | 1) Device under test is open circuit | Check the device Troubleshoot |
|
| Open circuit fault in test loop | Check the test loop and clear the open circuit fault |
1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure the test button is released (not in test state) and turn the current adjustment knob counterclockwise to the "zero" position.
2. The instrument should be placed indoors in a dry, ventilated area free from corrosive gases.
3. After testing, wait until the power is fully discharged before removing test leads and other equipment.
Transportation and Storage
1. Transportation
When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's instrument packaging wooden case and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transit and prevent unnecessary losses.
When the equipment is transported without a wooden case, stacking is not allowed. When using the company's instrument packaging case, the maximum stacking layers allowed is two.
During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.
2. Storage
The equipment should be placed indoors in a dry, dust-free, ventilated area free from corrosive gases. Without wooden case packaging, stacking is not allowed.
When storing, the panel should face upward. Place moisture-proof materials under the equipment to prevent dampness.
