The main function and purpose of the fully automatic transformer turns ratio and group tester is to test the turns ratio or voltage ratio of transformers periodically according to the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power during the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before new transformers are put into operation, and during the operation of transformers in the power system. Traditional ratio bridges are cumbersome to operate, have non-intuitive readings, require necessary conversions, and the test results only provide data for one phase ratio. The fully automatic transformer turns ratio and group tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional ratio bridge testing. The screen completes three-phase ratio testing at once, with fast test speed and high accuracy. This greatly saves on-site testing time and brings high efficiency to customer tests.

1. Before using this instrument, be sure to read this operation manual carefully.
2. The operator of the instrument should have general knowledge of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. This instrument can be used indoors and outdoors, but should avoid rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperature, and direct sunlight.
4. The instrument should avoid severe vibration.
5. Maintenance, care, and adjustment of the instrument should be carried out by professionals.
6. The yellow, green, and red test clips correspond to phases A, B, and C of the transformer, do not connect them incorrectly.
7. Do not reverse the high and low voltage cables.
8. When testing a single-phase transformer, only use the yellow and green clips, do not use the wrong ones, and unused test clips should be left hanging.
